CricitApp

Data Ownership

Your logbook is yours. Here is what that means day to day, what account deletion removes, and what sits outside it.

Last updated: June 2026

The principle

CricitApp keeps your record of your cricket. Everything you log (matches, teams, venues, opponents, notes) is stored so it can be read back to you. No ad tracking. No data sales.

What you control every day

  • Cricket records. Edit or delete any match, team, opponent, or venue.
  • Coach memory. Inspectable, and you can delete individual memories.
  • Conversations. Delete Coach conversations whenever you like.
  • Goals. Create, pause, complete, abandon, or delete them.
  • The whole account. Delete it from Profile > Settings > Delete Account.

What account deletion removes

After a valid authenticated request, CricitApp removes:

  • Your profile and profile photo.
  • Teams, opponents, venues, matches, and scorecards.
  • Generated Insights and subscription snapshots.
  • Coach threads, messages, generation attempts, memory, preferences, feedback, and usage records.
  • Goals and Goal proposals.
  • Your analytics rows and subscription-webhook rows, plus the authentication user itself.

The app also clears local drafts and caches, blocks queued analytics for the deleted account, and signs you out. The flow verifies your authentication user is gone and re-runs cleanup for retry safety.

What sits outside deletion

  • Device state. Welcome-screen completion and the random analytics installation ID live on your phone. They disappear when you delete the app’s data.
  • Apple’s records. App Store transaction history and billing belong to Apple. Cancel any subscription in App Store settings. Deleting your CricitApp account does not cancel billing.
  • Provider records. Supabase, Mailgun, OpenAI, RevenueCat, and Apple may retain legally or operationally required records under their own policies. We will not promise to delete what we cannot inspect or control.

About data export

A self-service export is not part of the app today. If you have a specific need around your data, write to us and we will do our best to help.
