Troubleshooting
Sign in with Apple problems
Confirm you are signed into iCloud on your iPhone, then try signing in again. If the issue continues, email hello@cricit.app with your app version and a short description of what happens when you tap Sign in with Apple.
Match not appearing
Pull to refresh on your match history screen and confirm you are signed into the same Apple ID account. If a match still does not appear, contact support with the match date and opposition.
Purchase not unlocking premium
Open Profile > Settings and tap Restore Purchases. Ensure you are signed into the Apple ID used for the purchase.
Restore purchases
In Cricit, open Profile > Settings and choose Restore Purchases. Apple and RevenueCat will re-check your entitlement status.
Managing or canceling a subscription
Subscriptions are managed through Apple, not inside Cricit billing settings. Visit Apple Account subscriptions.
Requesting a refund
Refund eligibility is determined by Apple. See Apple's refund support article.
AI insight unavailable
AI insights require network connectivity, an authenticated session, and sufficient logged match data for the requested analysis. If insight generation fails repeatedly, contact support with the approximate time of the request.
Editing or deleting a match
Open the match from your history, then use the edit or delete options available in the match detail screen.
Deleting your complete account
Open Cricit, select Profile, open Settings, and choose Delete Account. You do not need to email support to begin deletion, though you may contact us if you need help.
Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Manage subscriptions at Apple Account subscriptions.
Reporting incorrect AI output
AI insights are informational and may be inaccurate. Email hello@cricit.app with the insight topic, match context, and what looked incorrect.
