Signing in
Sign in with Apple or email. Auth emails come from hi.cricit.app. Check spam if one seems missing.
Managing your subscription
Premium is billed by Apple. Change or cancel in Settings > your name > Subscriptions, or through the App Store profile. Refunds go through reportaproblem.apple.com.
Fixing a match
Open the match and edit or delete it. Your averages update from what the logbook says.
Deleting your account
Go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account. This removes your profile, matches, Insights, and Coach history. Details are on data ownership. Cancel any App Store subscription separately.
